※Organization: Our company sets up CNC Processing Center, Engineering Dept., Production Workshop, Spray-painting Dept., Silicon Mold Clone Dept.
※Size: 80 employees of hand-making, CNC, etc.
※Equipments: 4 pieces of CNC, 1 piece of FDM (laser fast molding), 8 milling machines, 3 lathes, 2 vacuum molding machines, equipment for spray-paint and spray-sand, roaster, and so on.
※Material: ABS, nylon, POM, PC, PP, PMMA, aluminum alloy, copper.
※Material for Mold Clone: use imported materials: transparent silicone, PU-100AB glue, Quinnate 2020(similar to ABS), epoxy(transparent), 8400(rubber) up6160(resisting high temperature up to 150°C).
